Full-Stack Engineer — AI Products

About the role

We are looking for engineers who want to build AI into real software products rather than isolated demos.

You will design applications where models, agents, tools, data and traditional software systems work together reliably.

The difficult part is rarely making an API call to a model. It is designing the surrounding product, context, evaluation, permissions, workflows, fallbacks and user experience so the system is genuinely useful.

What you'll do

• Build AI-enabled applications from prototype through production.
• Develop agentic and tool-using workflows.
• Integrate foundation models and AI APIs without hard-wiring products unnecessarily to a single provider.
• Build retrieval, context and structured-data pipelines where appropriate.
• Develop evaluation and observability mechanisms for AI behaviour.
• Build the conventional frontend, backend and infrastructure surrounding AI features.
• Design sensible human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Work directly with customers to identify where AI creates meaningful business value.
• Rapidly evaluate emerging models and tools.
• Convert successful experiments into reliable product capabilities.

• You have built with modern LLM APIs, agents, RAG or related AI systems.
• You understand the difference between a compelling prototype and dependable production software.
• You are comfortable experimenting while remaining rigorous about reliability.
• You think about the complete user experience rather than the model in isolation.
