Product Manager — AI & Enterprise Software

About the role

You will shape AI-enabled enterprise products around real customer workflows. Work with customers, designers and engineers to decide what should be built, test it quickly and carry it through launch and adoption.

The work includes deciding where AI is useful, where people need control and how to judge whether a feature improves the outcome.

What you'll do

• Lead customer discovery and map enterprise workflows.
• Identify where AI can improve a task and where conventional software is the better choice.
• Define clear product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Work with Design and Engineering on rapid prototypes.
• Design interactions that let people understand, review and control AI-assisted work.
• Define evaluations for AI features before launch.
• Set product scope around customer value and business outcomes.
• Guide products through launch, adoption and iteration.
• Learn from how customers use the product and change priorities when the evidence calls for it.
