Senior Full-Stack Engineer

About the role

We are looking for full-stack engineers who want genuine product ownership.

You will work closely with product managers, designers and customers to design and build complete software products rather than operating inside a narrowly defined layer of the stack.

You should be comfortable moving from a product discussion to architecture, APIs, data models and user interfaces — and then staying with the feature through testing, deployment and iteration.

What you'll do

• Design and build production web applications end to end.
• Build elegant, high-quality interfaces using modern frontend technologies.
• Design APIs, services and data models.
• Make architecture decisions that balance speed, simplicity, security and scale.
• Integrate third-party platforms and enterprise systems.
• Build AI-enabled workflows where they meaningfully improve the product.
• Own features from concept through production and continued improvement.
• Work directly with Product and Design rather than simply receiving specifications.
• Review code and improve engineering standards across the team.
• Use AI-assisted development tools aggressively but responsibly.
• Help make the entire engineering team faster and better.

Our work commonly involves TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL and cloud infrastructure. Exact technology experience is less important than engineering depth.
