Solutions Engineer — GTM

About the role

You will bring engineering depth into customer discovery and solution design. Build prototypes, test integrations and help customers understand what CognitiveClouds can deliver before an engagement moves into production work.

You are a builder in the GTM team. Your work should make technical decisions clearer and give Forward Deployed Engineering a useful starting point.

What you'll do

• Lead technical discovery alongside Enterprise GTM Leads.
• Understand customer architecture, APIs, data and integration constraints.
• Design and build rapid prototypes and proof-of-concepts.
• Demonstrate AI workflows against relevant customer problems.
• Test assumptions about integrations and solution architecture.
• Explain tradeoffs clearly to technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Work with Product and Engineering to define a practical delivery scope.
• Create a clear handoff into Forward Deployed Engineering and delivery.
• Reuse successful prototypes and implementation patterns where appropriate.
